How it Tastes

Made exclusively from grapes grown on Ventiventi’s family estate, La Vie is produced using the same method as Prosecco. The second fermentation takes place in a pressurised tank, creating its soft, gentle sparkle.

Ventiventi is a family-run organic winery led by Vittorio Razzaboni and his sons, with brothers Andrea and Tommaso making the wines. Sustainability is central to everything they do, from solar power to precision irrigation designed to reduce water and nutrient use.
