At Lady Grape, every parcel is prepared with care and intention - thoughtfully packed and sent straight to your door. It us so important to me that your delivery is easy and arrives on time!
Processing Your Order
Each order is prepared within 1–3 business days of purchase. You’ll receive an email notification with your tracking information once your parcel has been dispatched.
Please note: During busy periods or new launches, processing times may extend slightly - thank you for your patience
UK Shipping Details
I currently offer one simple and reliable shipping option:
Standard shipping (3-5 business days) is set at a fixed fee of £9.99.
Standard shipping is free for orders over £100.
Free local delivery is available to Stockport (SK) postcodes.
Where We Ship
Lady Grape ships within the United Kingdom only.
We are not currently able to offer international delivery or ship to P.O. Boxes.
Order Tracking
When your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
Every Lady Grape parcel is packed with the utmost care.
If your order arrives damaged, or if it has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact me at amy@ladygrape.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and any relevant details or photos. We’ll be happy to assist you.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Lady Grape cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Delays & Exceptions
Occasionally, courier delays, weather conditions, or postal strikes may affect delivery times. I appreciate your understanding.
