The grapes are harvested during the coolest part of the day to preserve their freshness. Only free-run juice is used, meaning the grapes aren’t crushed, before fermentation takes place at a low temperature to capture the wine’s bright fruit flavours.

How it Tastes

A beautiful orange-salmon pink with delicate aromas of peach and summer fruit.

The palate is fuller and rounder than many pale rosés, with juicy berry flavours and a rich yet refreshing finish. Fruity and generous, but still properly dry.
